In the scope of Public Law, the firm acts as advisor in public biddings, proceedings for the expression of interest and other ways of public calling, as well as matters involving all types of contracts with public entities. The firm also acts in representation of clients in administrative procedures before different public administrative bodies and provides advice at obtaining licenses and other authorizations from regulatory authorities.

In the scope of Infrastructure, apart from acting in transactions involving companies in the sector, the firm provides legal counseling for structuring and financing projects and in the interaction between investors and regulatory agencies.
