Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• Works in strategic business dispute resolution against public and private organizations.
• Works in judicial and extrajudicial disputes involving consumer law, including proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the consumer defense authorities and the advertising regulation authorities.
• Experience in the advisory area of intellectual property.
• Experience in the recovery of small, medium, and large credits, including disregard of legal entity proceedings, judicial reorganization, and bankruptcy.
• Effective member of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) Special Commission on Civil Procedural Law.
