• Expertise on defending suppliers in judicial and extrajudicial disputes involving consumer law, including proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the consumer defense authorities.

• Experience in strategic disputes involving civil liability and digital law.

• Assists creditor companies in judicial recoveries, extrajudicial recoveries and bankruptcies.

• Works in due diligences for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), especially in the analysis of contingencies related to judicial disputes.
