• Has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate and Business Law and in Corporate Governance.

• Assists the clients with the management of their legal departments, focusing on team’s.

• Guidance on key operations and strategic decisions, preventive advise and helping in mitigating risks.

• Acts also as managing partner of the office, managing the office, contracts, finance and team management.

• Acts together with the executive committee, coordinating important institutional and management initiatives, in addition to working with the other strategic committees of the firm.
