Portuguese, English and Spanish.

• Acts in Corporate and Business Law, with the elaboration of business and corporate contracts

• Experience in assistance in corporate transactions and M&A processes.

• Act in legal due diligences for companies of the most diverse segments.

• Acts in Competition Law, in the support of communication acts.

• Experience incompetitive proceedings before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
