Industries
Flat-Rolled Aluminum
Antidumping investigation against imports of flat-rolled aluminum from China. The firm represented a Brazilian importer who had its product of interest excluded from the scope of the investigation and ended without the application of any duties.
Offset Plates
Sunset review investigation of the antidumping duties on imports of offset plates from several origins. The firm represented the domestic industry, and the results were favorable, with the renewal of the duties.
Pet Films
Antidumping investigations and public interest assessment against imports of PET Films from Bahrain and Peru. The firm represented a Peruvian manufacturer/exporter and a Brazilian importer. The first investigation was terminated without the application of duties and the second one terminated with the application of the lowest antidumping margin to our client.
Steel Bars
Antidumping investigation initiated by the Peruvian government on the imports originating from Brazil and Mexico. The firm represented a Brazilian manufacturer/exporter. The investigation was terminated without the application of duties.
Tires for Buses and Trucks
Investigation and sunset review of antidumping duty on the imports originating from South Korea, Japan, Thailand, South Africa, Russia, and Chinese Taipei. The firm represented the South-Korean manufacturer/exporter who had the lower antidumping margin.
BOPP Films
Antidumping investigation on imports from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, India, and Chinese Taipei. The firm represented four exporting companies and one Brazilian importer. The investigation was terminated without the application of duties.
